Find alignment with Ariel Taylor, Teza Monet & Rebecca Hamme from 12:00-3:30 PM on Sunday, March 29th at HYPE! Studio. Begin your journey with an aerial yoga session led by Ariel. This portion encourages your body to be at its heaviest state & prepares you to have an open mind & an open heart. During final rest, Ariel will "walk" on everyone's back before the reflexology & reiki begins. Allowing you to melt into your apparatus more. Spend the remainder of your session receiving reflexology + energy work from the mending hands of Rebecca & loving energy of Teza. Meanwhile, Ariel will lead a sound meditation to support you as you experience these healing modalities. Reflexology is a complementary therapy where therapeutic pressure is applied to various zones of the feet, hands & ears. Reiki is a form of energy work that channels life force into the recipient. Sound Meditation is a powerful tool that can influence the brain & body through auditory stimuli, altering your brainwave patterns & stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. All modalities promote relaxation & aid healing, and support balance in your personal life & overall well-being. Warm drinks & nourishing refreshments will be served. Sleep eye masks & other props are provided.
