Service Description

𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞. Enjoy "dance-like" movement in a 60-minute session focused on putting together multiple shapes & poses with little to no intermission. Continuous flowing promotes better body control/awareness & flexibility. This class is designed for seasoned aerial clients that are comfortable & trusting of the aerial hammock. Must be in practice for a month or more. Ages 18+ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬: • Dress in comfortable clothing such as leggings & long sleeve shirts. No exposed zippers, snaps, or rhinestones as these can snag and rip the hammocks. • Remove all jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, and watches before class. • Please arrive ON TIME! You may arrive as early as 15 minutes to all classes. Doors will be locked until 15 minutes before class start times. • We HIGHLY recommend reading through our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy & Studio Policies at the time of purchasing your ticket found at the bottom of the checkout page.

Cancellation Policy

Please Note: For those purchasing classes at our drop-in rates we will honor class credits for missed classes 30 days from the initial purchase date. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. For those purchasing class packages or memberships, ALL sales are final—no class credits.
