You're invited to this FREE sound meditation commemorating a pivotal historical moment. Our community is important to us & this is just one way to show our appreciation. Bring your cozies & prepare to go on a journey. Sound Meditation is a powerful tool that can influence the brain & body through auditory stimuli, altering your brainwave patterns & stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. Every BODY experiences the benefits of sound in their own unique way. Open yourself to endless discovery. Please arrive up to 15 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space. Props available for RENT: Yoga Mats = $3.50 Blankets = $5 Bolsters = $5 (Payments can be made in Cash or via Venmo or Cash App) If you are a NEW CLIENT, please sign our liability waiver at the top of our 'Book Online' page.
