Sexy Stretch with Aerial Hammock

Service Description

This 75-minute specialty class focuses on flowing through movements that complement the women’s physique. You will be led through multiple sequences with the aerial hammock. Once the body is warm, we'll hold poses to encourage the muscles to lengthen & release tension. Afterward, we will revisit those sequences/poses so you can capture images or videos, if you wish. Explicit music plays; ages 18+ are allowed to All levels are welcome! Please note that some poses can be challenging, but most are achievable for those who are semi-new to the aerial hammock. •Please remove ALL jewelry or sharp objects before using the hammocks. •Dress yourself in clothing that you are comfortable in, but also makes you feel sexy. •Outfit suggestions: leggings that hug your booty, leotards, biker shorts, fishnets, or thigh-high leg warmers. •ALL participants MUST fill out the Liability Waiver located on our 'Book Online' page. •We HIGHLY recommend reading through our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy & Studio Policies at the time of purchasing your ticket, found at the bottom of the checkout page. *** If it is your first time attending a class at HYPE!
