As you journey through somatic stretching, explore foundational floorwork & indulge in self-soothing rituals, you will transcend doubt, denial & constraints. Here, your body finds liberation, releasing all that no longer serves its purpose. An intentional cannabis council will take place before our movement. You’ll be able to choose+purchase from Hempfield’s cannabar menu. Please tip your budtenders☺ Wear items that embody your sensuous side, like mesh materials, stockings, bodysuits, or thigh-high socks. No shoes are necessary for the dance portion, but kneepads are required. A journal & pen are welcome for capturing any insights.
